Churchlands
This home in Churchlands was purchased in the nineties and has been a long-term rental property. Little ongoing maintenance or work to improve the home had been carried out in that time and the home needed a complete makeover.
The owners plan to return to live in the home in the next couple of years and in the meantime to rent it an executive level. And so our brief involved renovating to executive rental standards and incorporating the needs of the owners, making it a beautiful and comfortable home for both.
On completion, the property was rented within a week fetching more than double the existing rental. We called on both a builder and designer to assists us with this and we are over the moon with the finished product.
