To say this unit was in original condition is perhaps being a little too kind. It’s owners purchased the unit some fifteen years ago and very little had been done to it over that time.
Transformations brief was to convert this neglected, tired and dated rental to a modern, functional and comfortable home for the owners son who is a musician.
Every corner of the unit was transformed with a new kitchen, laundry, bathroom, a complete paint and new window treatments. The second bedroom was fully sound proofed to ensure that neighbour friendly music could be made any time of the day or night.
The unit went from being dark and dank to filled with natural light. We maintained a neutral colour scheme to accommodate a range of furnishings and to maximise the sense of space the renovation had achieved.
While the interior transformation is amazing the exterior make over blew our team away. The three garden tiers again promoted a sense of spaciousness and the sun filled pergola area is an absolute delight to sit under of a morning.
