It was a delight to see this home gradually transformed over the course of six weeks. This renovation posed some serious challenges from cleaning walls of years of smoke and dirt (a two day job) to incorporating a bathroom into the existing floor plan along with all the typical challenges a home of this age throws at you. The home was renovated to rent and the changes speak for themselves.
