This home in Kensington had great bones to work with and had unfortunately received a battering from tenants and the Perth hail storm. The four by one home on a large block was in desperate need of an internal and external renovation.
The owners brief was to have Transformations renovate the home so it attracted a better class of tenant and a better rental return. We were able to achieve both along with a significant increase in the value of the property.
This four week renovation had us installing a new kitchen and bathroom and painting throughout the home to lighten, brighten and modernise. Externally, there was a considerable amount of rubbish to remove before we set to adding a waterwise garden, new lawn and making the street appeal of the home that much more appealing.
