The owners of this apartment in East Perth have recently relocated to Laos. Our brief was to renovate the property within a three week time frame, preparing it to attract executive level rental returns. On completion, the apartment was rented within days!
The old tiles and carpet had to go and were replaced with floorboards. New window treatments, light fittings and paint certainly gave the apartment a bright and airy feel and we were amazed at the difference a change of bench top and handles made in the kitchen.
