BOOKS & MAGAZINES
 |
‘Australian Property Investor’ magazine
My all time favourite read for property investing in general. It’s easy to read, provides a picture of what’s happening in the property market nationally and the investor profiles showcase the investment successes of everyday investors (like you and I), which often include renovation as a strategy. I never feel like a dummy reading this one and always walk away having learned something new. |
 |
‘Your Investment Property’ Magazine
This magazine provides a similar set up to API but focuses on eastern states markets predominantly. They feature investor profiles too and have annual Investors of the Year which are always interesting reads. |

Property Millionaire - Powerful Wealth Strategies for your Financial Freedom by Craig Turnbull
I found this book to be a powerful read on preparing to invest, applying a number of investment strategies and moving your portfolio from negative to positive cash flow. The process of rejuvenation is detailed as one of four power strategies to add instant value and equity and I like the detail the author provides on maximising asset value. |
 |
Millionaire in Training- Craig Turnbull
If you like reading about the success of everyday people who invest in the property market as much as I do, then you’ll find this book to be a great read. It comprises thirteen inspirational stories (some that apply renovation as a strategy) that detail what it takes to be a millionaire. |
