A Dream Come True…

This magnificent kitchen really is a dream come true for its owners. It is the result of dedicated planning and attention to detail over many months. Casey Caville of Studio Seventy Four assisted the owners with kitchen design and selections and worked closely with us during the renovation.

The Hamptons style kitchen features beautiful marble patterned engineered stone with traditional stepped edge detail. The lacquered shaker style cabinetry includes many gorgeous decorative elements such as corbels, pillasters and ornate crown trims. The splashback is a unique custom made pressed tin with a powder coated finish which just makes this kitchen so stunning.

Our work started with removing the existing kitchen, surrounding brickwork and a section of floorboards. New floorboards were expertly tied into the existing floor to accommodate the new kitchen footprint. The kitchen window was replaced to allow for a more comfortable working bench height. Alongside the kitchen installation, the existing pantry was converted into a more functional storage space. A new cavity sliding door, stone tops and reconfigured shelving improved access significantly. The installation of decorative cornice, paint and finishing touches throughout completed the picture.

It was an absolute pleasure to see this kitchen renovation come to life. The team were incredibly proud to be involved and we are delighted with the outcome.

What our clients have to say

We have nothing but praise for Kellie and the team at Transformations who planned and managed a major renovation on our kitchen from start to finish. Prior to the renovation, the kitchen did not have a functional layout, it was sadly lacking in storage space and the cabinetry, appliances and bench tops were all very dated. Our new kitchen is a delight to be in and has become a warm and inviting central hub of our home. Throughout the project, Kellie kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates by phone, email and in person and was also able to provide practical ideas and solutions when problems arose or changes to the original plan needed to be made. The trades that Kellie engaged to assist with the project were professional, highly experienced and a joy to work with – all were very polite, considerate and respectful of the fact that our family remained living in the home for the duration of the renovation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Transformations to assist others in making their home renovation dreams come true.
